
Levie Stanley, 50, was taken into custody after Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies were sent to a reported disturbance at in the area of 600 E. Baldwin Road.
During a court hearing Monday, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson told the court what deputies were told when they arrived.
Carson said deputies saw injuries to both victims and recovered the red-handled knife used in the incident.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $2,500 bond for Stanley after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with second-degree battery. She was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court June 12.
