Many city and county offices have closed due to the winter weather being experienced in the Deltaplex area, but Mayor Noel Foster and the City of White Hall have opened their offices despite the weather.
Foster spoke with Deltaplex News Wednesday morning to discuss road conditions within his city and what city workers are doing to combat them.
Foster said plowing the roads makes things worse when you’re dealing with ice.
