Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has opened an investigation into Liberty Utilities after receiving a formal complaint from White Hall Mayor Noel Foster.
On Tuesday, Foster explained what the complaint was all about.
Foster went on to say this.
Foster appeared on the Oldies 10113 Morning Show where host Greg Horne asked him if the company was having the same type of problems in Joplin, Mo.
He said the problem was not with the local people who have gone out of their way trying to help.
