A $5,000 cash only bond was set Friday for a White Hall man previously convicted of domestic battery who was arrested Thursday night after an incident involving his sister.
Christopher Boyd, 45, was taken into custody after police responded to a reported “continuing domestic disturbance” at 1007 Michael Ann Drive at 8:30 p.m.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said police talked to the victim.
Boyd was convicted of second-degree battery in 2023 and is currently on parole. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court March 28.
