In three weeks, Arkansas voters will be asked to approve Amendment 4 to legalize the use of recreational marijuana state-wide.
Eddie Armstrong, a spokesman for Responsible Growth Arkansas, the organization promoting the ballot initiative was asked recently how law enforcement agencies feel about the legislation.
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 morning show, Armstrong went on to talk about real-time crime centers and the difference they can make in identifying drug traffickers.
Armstrong was also asked about the economic impact that cities, counties, and the state will benefit from if the legislation passes.
