For the second straight year, Southeast Arkansas College is teaming up with the Pine Bluff Police Department to sponsor the fall festival.
College President Dr. Steven Bloomberg talked about it during a recent appearance on the Oldies 1013 morning show.
The fall festival will take place on Sunday, the day before Halloween.
