On Friday March 21, 2025, agents of the Tenth District Drug Task Force and Monticello Police Department executed a search warrant in Monticello where agents located over 130 grams of suspected methamphetamine, unused empty baggies, digital scales, paraphernalia, and 4 firearms.
Monticello resident Michael Deal was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms.
