While not offering the overnight service they formerly did, the Salvation Army is back in Pine Bluff and offering several services for the community.

Hendrika Monroe and Matthew Carter were guests on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show and Monroe was asked about those services.

She said anyone who is in need can come and get food.

Morning Show host Greg Horne asked her where the money comes from to buy the food.

The Salvation Army Thrift Store at 2901 S. Catalpa St., is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Carter and Monroe also talked about what is available, particularly with school proms coming up.

Monroe was asked how people could make a donation and she answered this way.
