The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for assistance with locating 32-year-old Dalvin Carter.
Carter is about 5’8″ tall and weighs around 150 lbs. He is wanted for Robbery, Felony Theft of Property, and Battery 2nd Degree.
