A $7,500 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of firing shots through his apartment door that hit a man in another apartment.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Terry Milner, 23, with second-degree battery.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on March 31 at 1:30 a.m., police were sent to Village Green Apartments in response to a reported shooting.
On March 31, police reinterviewed the witness who again said she heard the victim make threats to her neighbor.
Milner was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court May 9.
