Donald asked Fells where the vehicles that have been picked up are being  taken.

Donald also asked Fells if Code Enforcement has to go through some sort of court procedure before they remove vehicles from private property?

Fells also  discussed the method that is used to notify vehicle owners that their vehicle is subject to being towed.
