1940-2024
Wanda Lou Cathey, 84 of Pine Bluff, passed away November 30, 2024 at The Blossoms in Star City. She was born April 17, 1940 in Pine Bluff to the late Leroy and Niaomi May Reynolds. She retired from the Arkansas Department of Corrections as a bookkeeper. She also worked for JCPenney’s as a bookkeeper. She was an amazing homemaker and a hard worker. Wanda was also a member of Yorktown First Baptist Church.
Besides her parents, preceding her in death is one brother, Harold Reynolds.
Survivors include her loving husband of almost 54 years, Bob Cathey of Pine Bluff, a brother, Winfred Reynolds (Jessie) of Pine Bluff, and many extended family and friends.
Visitation is from 9:00-10:00AM Thursday, December 5th, 2024 at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City. Graveside service will follow at 10:30AM at Drake Cemetery in Star City. Bro. Cody Andrews will be officiating.
