Timothy “Tim” Jerrel Clement of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 14, 1961, the son of the late JF “Chubby” Clement and Mary Sue Plunkett Clement. He was a 1979 graduate of Grapevine High School in Grapevine, Arkansas. He was disabled from Union Pacific Railroad where he was a carman for many years. He was a member of the Grant County Farm Bureau Board of Directors, Grant County Fair Board, Past President of Smith and Taylor Huntin Club, Past member of the Grant County Cattlemen’s Association, Past Grant County 4H Leader, Past FFA Alumni Member, Past member of the Arkansas Shorthorn Association.
He enjoyed camping, boating at the lake, raising cattle, raising mini ponies, tending to his garden, trout fishing, taking his girls to cattle shows when they were younger, working at the AR State Fair and Spending time with his grandkids.
His favorite time of year was fall because that means fair time. Tim loved to cook, especially Chocolate bar cake and Pies, and loved to cook for the employees of the Arkansas State Fair. He enjoyed seeing all of his fair friends.
His greatest obsession, pride and joy was his grandkids. He loved to ride his grandsons on the tractor and would drop everything to go for a ride with them. He loved watching his oldest two grandkids play multiple sports and would often bribe them with money to score. He would follow his granddaughter anywhere across the country to watch her play softball and was excited to watch her play for the Lady Jackets Softball Team this Spring and looked forward to seeing her play in college.
Tim died Unexpectantly December 8th, 2024 at UAMS surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Rebecca.
Survivors: Wife, Best Friend and Love of His Life for Nearly 42 years, Regina “Gina” Bryant Clement; daughters and Son-N-Laws, Rachel Umholtz (Craig) of Sheridan, Raven Montgomery (Michael) of Benton, AR; sister, Beverly Farmer of White Hall; 3 Grandkids, Rayleigh Umholtz, Corbyn Umholtz, Grant Montgomery, Brother-N-law, Steve Bryant (Sharon) of Sheridan, Sister-N-law, Angela Frisby (Randy) of Grapevine.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 10:00am at the funeral home, graveside service will follow at Ain cemetery in Grapevine. Visitation will be Wednesday evening, December 11, 2024, 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Joshua Bryant, Raymond Derrick, and Pete Fuhrmann Officiating.
Pallbearers: Aaron Ross, Chris Nordin, Colton Tankersley, Linn Reed, Spencer Silvey, Tyler Farr.
Honorary Pallbearers: Craig Umholtz, Michael Montgomery, Clarence Ross, Steve Bryant, Mike Farr, Eddie Vance.
