Silvia Yarbrough Reed of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 30, 1955 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Anna Skeans Yarbrough and the late James E. Yarbrough. She was a retired machinist operator for Stant and a member of Meadowview Baptist Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Reed passed away at her home on January 14, 2025 at the age of 69.
She was preceded in death by her father, James E. Yarbrough.
Survivors: husband, Gary Reed of Sheridan; son, James Reed (Julie) of White Hall; daughter, Kimberly (John) Smith of Richmond Hill, Georgia; mother, Anna Hale of Murfreesboro; brother, James David Yarbrough of Sheridan; sister, Susan King (Randy) of Murfreesboro; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a host of extended family members and neighbors.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 17, 2025 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with burial to follow at Center Campground Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6:00-8:00 at the funeral home.
