Shannon Lynn Burr 48, of Star City, passed away Saturday November 16, 2024 at her home. Shannon was born September 1, 1976 in Little Rock to Gary Dale Bailey and Debra Lynn Cessor Bailey. She loved crafting, making jewelry and flower arrangements, practicing calligraphy, and riding her scooter. Shannon was a light to many people and she loved caring for others. She was a nurse and served as the assistant director of nursing at The Woods in Monticello and was a member of Star City First Assembly.
Survivors include her husband, John Burr of Star City, Parents, Gary and Debra Bailey, two sons, Ryan Burr (Gentry Sanders) of Hot Springs, and Cooper Burr ( Jay Woolems) of Star City, two daughters, Jade Pruitt (David) of Rison, and Jon “Baby Jon” Brock (Matthew) of Pine Bluff, one brother, Jeffery Ryan Bailey ( Samantha) of Jacksonville, and three grandchildren, Liberty, Kairi “Jo Jo”, and Cash.
