1942-2025
Ruth Jean Allen, 82 of Hampton passed away peacefully at Chapel Woods nursing home in Warren. Born July 22, 1942 to the late James Elmer Eads and Maggie Helen Eads.
She is preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; and one brother.
She is survived by one son, Russell Byrd and his wife Ann of Warren; one granddaughter, Amber Herring and her husband Johnathan of Hensley; one great grandson, Benjamin Herring of Hensley; and one sister, Donna Chesser of Kentucky.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
