1944-2025
Jean West passed from this life to her heavenly home on April 3, 2025. She was born March 12, 1944 to Reverend Herman and Mrs. Verneal Bonner in Little Rock, Arkansas, who preceded her in death.
Jean is survived by her husband, Ray West, of Searcy, Arkansas; one son, Dr. Kevin West; one daughter-in-law, Dr. Camilla Saulsbury; and one grandson, Nicholas West, all of Nacogdoches, Texas. She is also survived by brother and sister-in-law Robert and Carol Bonner and brother and sister-in-law Billy and Tanya Bonner, all of Searcy, as well as sisters-in-law Norma Mize, Betty Franks, and Kay Carter, all of Searcy.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Cole Funeral Home, Kensett, Arkansas. The family thanks Elite Hospice for their compassionate care of Jean, especially in her last days.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or another charity of choice.
