Mr. Leo Edwards was born January 20,1949 to the late Freddie Mae Rollins and late Otis Edwards. Leo was a loyal member of Rose Hill M.B.C. Maroney, AR under the leadership of Pastor Jessie Jackson SR. Leo sang in the choir and was the president of the usher board. Leo wore many, many hats. Leo worked for Greens Trucking Company, Robert Dreher Farm, and drove buses for Grady School District for many years. Leo was well loved by many!
1983 Leo met Rosie Sanders who had 6 children who were all raised by him. Leo and Rosie had one biological child together who passed away at birth. Leo loved being a dad! His biggest joy was being a pawpaw!
Leo was preceded in death by his mother Freddie Mae Rollings, his dad Otis Edwards, his children, Leo Edwards Jr., Stephanie Turntine, Alan Reed, his grandchild Kionte Bullard, his great grandchildren Chloe Alexander, Brielle Bullard, Braele Johnson, his brothers Veotis Edwards, Benny Edwards, his sister Jo Anne Jones.

Visitation 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Brown Funeral Home Pine Bluff, AR.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2025, at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Meroney AR, by Pastor Jesse Jackson, Jr. Interment in Bright Star Cemetery, Tarry, AR by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, AR. His body will lie in-state from 10:15 a.m. until service time.
