1953-2025
Kenneth Gene Jessup, April 29, 1953 - March 31, 2025, a proud fourth-generation Arkansas County rice farmer, was born in Memphis to parents Stewart Eugene and Dolores Leibrock Jessup. Grandparents George Lorenz and Beulah Rousseau Leibrock, Bryan Elam and Ethel McKibben Jessup.
Gene and Vicki Hambrick Jessup were united in marriage on February 5, 1977.
Carrying on his legacy are his wife of 48 years, Vicki; his sons, Garth Hambrick and wife Autumn, and Steele Hambrick; his grandchildren Maddox, Bella Kate, Beckett, Addison and husband Jarod, Blaise and great grandchild Magnolia who will be born in May; brothers Jerry Jessup and David Jessup, and a close extended family.
Gene was a member of DeWitt Church of Christ.
Gene's lifetime passion was golf.
