Mrs. Ida Mae Edmonson, 100 of Seaton, Arkansas passed away on Sunday 12 January 2025 in Carslie, Arkansas. She was born May 02, 1924, in St. Joseph Louisiana to the late Albert Bizzell and Mamie Schiele.
She loved sewing, crossword puzzles, gospel music and writing.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, late husband J. C. Edmonson and several other family members.
She is survived by three daughters and four sons; Mamie Edmonson, Vergil Edmonson, (Talley), Terri Edmonson, Halbert Edmonson, Bobby, Edmonson, Billy Edmonson, and J.C. Edmonson JR. One brother Eddy Bizzell, and one sister Hazel Stuart, countless grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The family is grateful for all the calls, cards, and visits from family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Chambers Nursing Home in Carslie, Arkansas for the care love and joy you showed Ida. Her favorite song carried her through life "Down through the years the Lord been good to me" Cherish the day, live and love others as the Lotd directs us all to do.
Visitation will be held Saturday January 18, 2025 at 11AM at Wilson-Robison funeral Home Chapel in England, Arkansas followed by her funeral service at 12:30 PM.
Services are entrusted to Wilson Robison Funeral Chapel 701 Pine Bluff Hwy England, Arkansas.
