David Harold Waggoner, aka “Rocky”, lest this earthly world on January 28, 2025. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend.
He is preceded in death by his father David F. Waggoner; mother Betty R. Fugate; second father Kenneth E. Fugate; brother Kenneth D. Fugate; and grandparents from both sides.
To cherish his memories, he leaves behind his wife Debra Waggoner; his son Shawn Waggoner(Claudia); sister Tina McClure (Sam); brother Scott Waggoner (Carolyn); a precious granddaughter Emma Waggoner; nieces Brandy Freeman (Daniel), Mandie Waggoner, Kacie Waggoner (Justin Wiltse); nephews Dusty Morse (Nikki), Christian Fugate, and Drew Waggoner (Summer); also, great-nieces and nephews Danielle, Wyatt, Will, Ava, Rilie, and Kailee; and a host of friends.
He was a man of diverse talents and enjoyments. As his time in the Army, building and racing and working on cars, woodworking, fishing and a host of other activities.
There will be no service, but a celebration of his life with family and friends to be held at his sister’s house at 3101 Claude Rd, White Hall, AR on Sunday February 16th starting at 11:00am and going throughout the afternoon.
