Charles Lewis Prather, Jr., better known as Charlie, was born April 7, 1973, in Helena, AR. He was a 1991 graduate of White Hall High School. Charlie developed a love of woodworking and for over 30 years honed his talents as a highly skilled cabinet maker. In his spare time, Charlie could be found in the woods or on the water hunting or fishing every chance he got. He was a member of The Refuge.
Charlie passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the age of 51. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Lewis Prather, and a sister, Jean Ellen Prather Hartley.
Survivors include the love of his life, Cassie Cantwell; his mother, Trecia Prather; one brother, David Prather; one sister, Beth Haley and husband, Jud; step-daughter, Lacie Harris and husband, Chris; step-son, Logan Harris and wife, Ashley; grandchildren, Jaden, Kinsley, Iris, Alayna, Isaac, Easton, Isabella, and Shane; nieces and nephews, Casey, Layla, Frances, Bridget, Madison, Judson, and Melinda; and his beloved fur babies, Pumpkin and Little Girl.
Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 31, 2025, at Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel, followed by a celebration of his life at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Mack Milner will officiate.
