1956-2025
Charles Dean Taylor, age 69, left this world to be reunited with his loving wife of 40 years on April 18, 2025. He was born on March 5, 1956 to Bobbie Chancellor Briant.
Dean was a graduate of New Edinburg High School. He spent his career driving cross country seeing 49 of the 50 states. He was a teller of stories that his family will hold dear.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie; wife, Shirley Kay Taylor.
Survivors are his children; daughter, Angela Atchely; son-in-law John Atchley; daughter, Deana Bond; son-in-law Scott; son, Raymond Taylor; grandsons Chris "Mikey" Murry and his wife Amber and Samuel Ward; granddaughters Kayleigh Murry, Leah Ward, Debranne (Gracie) Cranford, and Jacey Taylor; great-grandsons Daniel Murry and Shiloh Murry; mother-in-law, Shirley Wooten.
A celebration of life and his last ride will be held at a later date.
