Arthur Earl “Big Early” Cooper, age 73, of White Hall, died Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
Born at Mobile, Alabama on September 15, 1951, he was a son of the late William Earl Cooper and Betty Jean Harrison Cooper.
He was a self-employed asphalt and painting contractor and was a member of Harvest Time Church.He loved God, his church, his family, and was a wonderful father.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Joe Cooper and Little Mark Cooper.
Survivors include his wife, Nora Pierce Cooper, to whom he was married on April 8, 1971; his children, William Earl “Little Early” Cooper, Sonny Joe James Cooper, and Dana Ann Harrison; two brothers, William Junior Cooper and Adam Cooper; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren with two more “on the way”.
The wake will begin Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at Harvest Time Church.
His funeral service will be Wednesday, February 5, 2025, 1:00 p.m., also at the church with Brother Harry Brewer, Brother Tommy Stanley, and Brother Jimmy Joe Pierce officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Robinson & Fuller White Hall Chapel.
