1923-2025
Ardeneal Carter Moore, 101 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away April 12, 2025, in Monticello, Arkansas. She was born on August 29, 1923, in Conway, Arkansas to the late William Curtis Carter and Agatha Brewer Carter. Her parents, and husband John Moore, two sons Johnny Moore and Carter Moore, brother Jarrell E. Carter, two sisters Alline Quast and Mary Martin, and two grandsons Dr. Brian Moore and Curt Moore all preceded her in death.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, homemaker, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She enjoyed being with her friends in the Delta Diamond Bridge Club and loved to fish.
Survivors are her daughter Tina (David) Byrd of Dumas, Arkansas, two daughter in laws Carolyn Moore and Janet Moore, five grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation 1:00 -2:00 pm on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Griffin Funeral Home, with graveside services following at 2:00 pm, Walnut Lake Cemetery with Rev. Julius Carter officiating. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Ass’n or American Cancer.
