Lacy Glover is a former Miss Arkansas and now she is putting her experience to use, by heading up the pageant as the new Executive Director. She was a guest on Sunrise Deltaplex with Rick Walker. He asked her about her experience in the pageant.
He asked her why the pageant in the state is so well respected.
The pageant has a great host at Robinson Music Hall in Little Rock and will stay there for the foreseable future.
