DALLAS COUNTY — Travis Eugene Posey, the man accused of opening fire on shoppers at the Mad Butcher Grocery Store in Fordyce appeared in court via zoom on Wednesday for a hearing at the Dallas County Courthouse.
Posey is charged with killing four people and injuring 11 others during the mass shooting on June 21.
Posey joined the hearing on zoom from the Ouachita County Detention Center.
Among the attorneys and law enforcement present at the hearing, were family members of the victims.
A judge set the next hearing date for October 11.
