Coach Bitely is no stranger to the Ladydogs—she served this past year as the assistant senior girls coach and head junior high coach, playing a key role in the program’s growth and success.

She grew up in Hope, Arkansas, and was a standout player at Blevins High School, where she earned All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State honors. She continued her playing career at South Arkansas College, gaining valuable experience at the collegiate level.

Basketball runs deep in her family—she played under her father, who coached at Bauxite, Prescott, Poyen, Blevins, and Bearden. Her love for coaching was also inspired by her grandmother, a legendary coach who spent 38 years at Hope High School and is a member of the Arkansas High School Coaches Hall of Fame.
