Every three years, residents of South Arkansas are encouraged to join the conversation about how to strengthen community health. Currently, Jefferson Regional is working on a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This year’s CHNA survey results will help us develop a three-year plan that:• Identifies and prioritizes health needs
• Builds upon existing strengths
• Works on solutions with community partners.
