One of the people responsible for the creation of the Sports Hall of Fame Museum for Jefferson County talked about it when he appeared on Talk Back Live with Floyd Donald Tuesday.
Jeff Gross was asked how it came about and answered this way.
Gross said there was a lot of empty space on the wall and I said it needed to be filled with something and it kind of grew from that.
Donald said he was glad to see that women were included in the list.
Gross was also asked which local city had the most people on the list, Dollarway, White Hall, Watson Chapel or Pine Bluff.
