Captains
Captain Richard Kress, is a 12-year veteran with the department and currently is the Captain of Station #6 located at 1805 N. Moreland.
Captain Fredrick Batemon, is a 15-year veteran with the department and currently is the Captain of Station #2 located at 2120 W. Pullen Ave.
Captain Antonio Scott, is a 19-year veteran with the department and currently is the Captain of Station #7 located at 2208 Ridgway Road.

A promotional ceremony for these individuals will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center
at 11:00 am. The public is welcome to attend.
