GFPB CEO Ryan Watley discussed the long-awaited Go-Kart Track

At a meeting Wednesday, the Urban Renewal Agency board approved money to complete the long-awaited Go-Kart track on East Harding Avenue at the site of the former Admiral Benbow Inn.

Ryan Wately, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show where he was asked about that with host Greg Horne saying that the track has had stops and starts, that the land has been cleared.

Horne then asked Watley if Urban Renewal had the $1.7 million already approved in the contract.

Watley went on to say that there will probably be preconstruction meetings for the next couple of weeks but construction is expected to start soon.

Horne also asked for more details like how many go-karts will there be, the hours of operation and so on.
