Update from PB Fire
Fire personnel was dispatched to 507 W. 6th Avenue for a building fire. Upon arrival fire personnel advised heavy fire and smoke was coming from the rear of the building. The building was vacant and was previously used as Church. No injuries and cause of fire is under investigation.
Vacant structure was total loss. 17 fire fighters and 6 fire companies battled the blaze. No fatalities in the fire and PB Fire still on scene at 7:45 pm when this was released. Fire dispatch call came at 4:17 pm
