The City of Pine Bluff has hired an Alabama Company to seek out and attract retail businesses including new restaurants to locate in the city.
The company is called Retail Strategies and Clay Craft, who is vice-president of retail services for the company explained what the company does when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Craft to explain what he meant by retail and Craft responded this way.
Horne told Craft that Chic-Fil-a had recently built and opened a store in Pine Bluff and asked if that bodes well for the prospect of other major retailers locating here)
Craft explained that the company is currently collecting data on Pine Bluff and at about the 60-day mark, will make an on-site visit.
He also talked about what will happen at the 90-day mark.
