The two candidates for Ward 3 of the Pine Bluff City Council faced off Friday when both appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show to state their case and ask for support.
William Fells, who defeated incumbent Glen Brown Sr., in the Democratic Party run-off to win the nomination is being challenged by independent Colton Edwards.
Both were asked what they considered the biggest issue in the race and responded this way, with Fells first and then Edwards.
