Leon Bridges, Natasha Bedingfield and Andy Grammer will be performing a free concert at the annual Walmart Shareholders meeting beginning tomorrow in Northwest Arkansas. Associates attending were selected by their store, club, supply chain or business unit leadership. Thousands from all over the globe attend and will hear remarks delivered by CEO Doug McMillon. The highlight of the week is on Friday, when surprise celebrities are introduced. In the past, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Will Smith, LL Cool J, Jennifer Lopez and Garth Brooks have attended. To be chosen, associates have to have worked at least one full year. Even numbered stores are invited to send on hourly associate during even numbered years, with odd numbered stores getting to send in odd numbered years.
