Legislation that will affect how vehicle repairs will be paid for is expected to be voted on Monday in the Arkansas Senate after it passed the House of Representatives last week.
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 Morning Showe, C.J. Huber, the owner of C.J.’s Body Shop explained the legislation.
Morning Show host Greg Horne said in some cases that might not be a problem but in other cases, if a claim gets caught up with a big insurance company it could take forever.
Huber said the chief sponsor of the legislation is involved in finance.
