A $7,500 cash only bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man on a drug related charge.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Oscar Lee, 44, with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin explained the allegation.
Spradlin said a search of the master bedroom was conducted and told the court what investigators found.
The house is located across the street from Broadmoor Elementary School, Spradlin said.
Lee is currently on probation in First Division of Circuit Court and has a prior felony conviction. He was told to come back to court May 21.
