A $50,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man who allegedly threw a rock that broke the window of a vehicle driven by the mother of his children and damaged the vehicle by hitting it with a sledgehammer.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Brandon Farver, 26, with four counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member and first-degree criminal mischief.
Deputy Prosecutor Joe West read from an affidavit by Detective Sgt. Keith Banks to tell the court what Farver is accused of.
West said police went to Farver’s residence to talk to him but he initially refused to come out the door.
Farver was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court Aug. 5.
