A $50 bond was set for a PB man who led police on a high speed chase

A $50,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man who led police on a high speed chase that ended when the man left the roadway after being blocked by a train.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Darrius Henderson, 29, with felony fleeing.

Deputy Prosecutor Keith Hall told the court what Hendeson is accused of doing.

Hall said Henderson then turned and got off the pavement after he was blocked by a train.

Hall said Henderson has a significant criminal history and pending charges of first-degree battery and discharging a firearm from a vehicle. He was told to come back to court Aug. 23.
