A $25,000 bond was set Thursday for a White Hall woman on drug and weapons related charges.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Terri Kimbrell, 41, with fraud, forgery, criminal impersonation, possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and theft of property.

Explaining the allegations, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said on July 18, White Hall Police Officer Bryan Hornsby was contacted by Sarah Edgers who said someone was using her identification to prescription drugs.

Alexander went on to say this.

Judge Bridgforth told Kimbrell to come back to court Aug. 22 and said Kimbrell’s income was too high for the Public Defender to be appointed to represent her.
