A $25,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man accused of threatening co-workers at McDonald’s in White Hall.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Brandon Smith, 24, with first-degree terroristic threatening.

Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Investigator Charles Treadway, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on Saturday, police were sent to McDonald’s on Sheridan Road in reference to a reported disturbance.

Akel said on Sunday, police were sent back to McDonald’s, this time for a reported armed disturbance.

Smith was ordered to have no contact with multiple victims and told to come back to court April 28.
