A $25,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man who was shot while allegedly attempting to break into a house in the early morning hours Thursday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Jordan Clark, 20, with aggravated residential burglary.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel explained the allegation.
Akel said just after 6 a.m., that same day, police were sent to the Emergency Room at Jefferson Regional Hospital where a man was being treated for a single gunshot wound.
Clark was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court April 21.
