During a court hearing Thursday, Deput Prosecutor Shana Alexander explained the allegation against Ento.

Detective Dante Nicholson reported that the youngest son, who is 10, said his mother threw him against a dresser. He had a bruise above his eyebrow and swelling behind his ear.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $2,500 bond for Ento after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with two counts of second-degree domestic battery. She was ordered to have no contact with her sons and told to come back to court Aug. 26
