A $2,500 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man who previously pleaded guilty to domestic battery after he was arrested for the same offense Sunday.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Mark Rogers, 24, with second offense third-degree domestic battery, a felony.
During the court hearing, a deputy prosecutor said on Sunday at 3:49 p.m., police were sent to the area of 23rd Avenue and Linden Street in response to a reported domestic disturbance involving two people.
