A $15,000 cash only bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man previously convicted of domestic battery after he was arrested Tuesday for a new allegation.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Terrance Roby, 31, with second offense third-degree domestic battery, a felony.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said a 5:12 p.m., police were sent to a residence on Woodgate Drive in response to a reported domestic disturbance.
Akel said Roby was previously convicted of aggravated assault on a family or household member and is currently on probation on that charge.
Roby was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court July 16.
