A $15,000 bond was set Friday for a Jefferson County man accused of breaking into an apartment Wednesday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Larell McKelvey, 38, with commercial burglary.
During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Katelyn Phillips explained the allegation against McKelvey.
McKelvey was told to come back to court Aug. 16.
