A $150,000 cash only bond was set Friday for a Hensley man currently on parole on drug and weapons charges.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge William Robertson, 35, with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Reading from an affidavit by Sheriff’s Capt. Yohance Brunson, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said at 5:20 p.m., Thursday, Arkansas State Trooper Nathan Jines stopped a Black Mazda driven by Robertson on I-530.
West said has prior convictions from Grant and Saline Counties and has pending drug related charges from Jefferson County.
He was told to come back to court Feb. 21.
