Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said police were sent to the area of West 13th Avenue Tuesday in an attempt to locate a vehicle that had been reported stolen in North Little Rock.

Akel said Goodloe has been convicted of four prior felonies including burglary, residential burglary and theft of property and is currently on a suspended imposition of sentence that prosecutors will file a petition to revoke.

Goodloe was told to come back to court April 30.
