A $10,000 cash only bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of firing shots from a vehicle in the early morning hours Saturday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tanisha Moore, 26, with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Moore is currently on probation on drug related charges.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Chris Wieland, Prosecuting Attorney S. Kyle Hunter explained the allegation against Moore.
Bridgforth also told Moore that Circuit Judge Alex Guynn has ruled that she has violated the terms of her probation and is to be held without bond pending a hearing on those allegations.
She was told to come back to court Aug. 19.
